Description

A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake and buttery sugar cookie crust, perfect for holiday gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 cup Christmas sprinkles
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • Sugar cookies for topping
  • 3 (8 oz) blocks Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Press the refrigerated sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, and sour cream; mix until combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the sugar cookie crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Top with whipped cream and decorate with Christmas sprinkles and sugar cookies before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature for a smoother batter. For best results, chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
